Description: The Newfoundland and Labrador Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, Section 511 (3), states that a worker shall not work in a confined space unless he or she has completed a confined space entry program prescribed by the Commission (WHSCC). Upon successful completion of this course, the worker will be able to:
